- Dated Bill of Lading (draft to start issuance – final BL for validation of the ECTN/BIETC/waiver)
- Commercial invoice
- Detailed freight invoice
An ECTN/BIETC/waiver for Gabon needs to be issued prior to loading of the cargo and its number transmitted to the shipping line. ECTN/BIETC/waiver requests received after shipment will be refused.
The ECTN/BIETC/waiver has to be pre-validated before the vessel departs.
