Requested documents for Benin ECTN issuance are:

• Dated Bill of Lading (draft to start issuance – final BL for validation of the ECTN)
• Commercial invoice
• Detailed freight invoice
• Packing List
• Export customs declaration
• Registration card for vehicles

After pre-validation you will receive the ECTN number to be transmitted to the shipping line. A copy of the final BL with sailing date and ECTN N° is required for validation of the ECTN.
