• Dated Bill of Lading (draft is accepted), for validation a BL copy with the ECTN number is required
• Commercial invoice
• Detailed freight invoice
• Registration card for vehicles

It’s important to issue an ECTN/waiver as cargoes arriving without valid ECTN/waiver will be blocked for delivery by the local customs.

In case of transit via Benin, Ghana or Togo, a local ECTN/waiver for one of these countries is also mandatory.
