Requested documents for Mali ECTN/waiver issuance are:
- Dated Bill of Lading (draft is accepted)
- Commercial invoice
- Detailed freight invoice (if freight not mentioned on commercial invoice)
It’s important to issue an ECTN/waiver as cargoes arriving without valid ECTN/waiver will be blocked for delivery by the local customs.
In case of transit via Benin, Ghana or Togo, a local ECTN/waiver for one of these countries is also mandatory.
